IPINAHAYAG ng Civil Service Commission (CSC) na magbibigay ng tulong teknikal ang Asian Development Bank (ADB) para sa digital transformation (DX) strategy ng nasabing ahensya.
Pinangunahan ni CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles at Commissioner Aileen Lourdes Lizada ang Kick-Off Meeting para sa ADB Technical Assistance (Supporting the Digital Transformation of the Civil Service) kasama ang ADB Country Director for the Philippines Pavit Ramachandran at ADB Principal Management Specialist for eGovernance Seok Yong Yoon.
“ADB’s support marks the beginning of a new chapter in our digital journey in the CSC,” ani Chairperson Nograles habang binibigyang-diin niya ang kahalagahan ng partnership na ito sa pagsusulong ng digital agenda ng Commission.
“This technical assistance is crafted to enhance our institution’s comprehension and capabilities in navigating the digital landscape to ensure that our services remain responsive and user-centric,” ayon kay Nograles.
Ibinahagi ni Country Director Ramachandran na ang teknikal na suporta para sa Information Technology Research at Advisory Services para isulong ang digital maturity ng CSC ay nakatakdang ihatid ng Ernst & Young (EY) LLP (India), na kinakatawan ng Project Management Specialist Debarchana Bhattacharya, EY Philippines Technology Consulting Leader Lee Carlo Abadia, at EY Global Leader for People Consulting Shalinder Bakshi.
Ang tulong ng EY ay tututuon sa ilang mahahalagang bahagi ng modern-day transformation, kabilang ang digital capacity at information and communications technology (ICT) resource assessment, pagbuo ng isang enterprise-level na digital na diskarte, pagbalangkas ng pamamahala para sa proseso ng DX, at mga angkop nn programa sa pagpapahusay ng kapasidad para sa mga CSC personnel
Upang maipatupad sa loob ng dalawa at kalahating taon, ang proyekto ay bahagi din sa pagdidisenyo ng isang programa sa pamamahala ng pagbabago at pag-aaral sa epekto ng mga sistema ng ICT sa mga tao at mga proseso sa pamamagitan ng pagsasagawa ng mga assessments na susukat sa sa kahandaan.
