“This prestigious recognition is proof of the President’s commitment to advance the interests of the Filipino people and upholding our nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. PBBM’s unwavering stance against Chinese aggression in the West Philippine Sea exemplifies his dedication to safeguarding our country’s maritime rights and territorial sovereignty,” wika ni Suarez.
“His firm and principled approach in asserting our sovereign rights in the face of external threats has earned him widespread acclaim and admiration from both domestic and international communities.
“His administration’s efforts to attract foreign investments have significantly bolstered our economy, driving job creation, stimulating growth and fostering prosperity for all Filipinos,” dugtong ni Suarez.
“Moreover, President Marcos Jr.’s comprehensive economic agenda has yielded significant gains in addressing unemployment and underemployment. He has prioritized the development of critical infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing connectivity, promoting regional development, and driving inclusive growth across the country.”
Nagpaabot naman ng malugod na pagbati ang mga tinaguriang ‘Young Guns’ sa Kamara sa pangunguna nina House Deputy Majority Leader Margarita “Migs” Nograles (PBA Partylist), Taguig Rep. Amparo Maria “Pammy” Zamora, Rep. Raul Angelo “Jil” Bongalon ng party-list Ako Bicol, Zambales Rep. Jay Khonghun, Lanao del Sur Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong of Lanao del Sur, La Union Rep. Francisco Paolo Ortega at Davao Oriental Rep. Cheeno Miguel Almario.
“Being lumped together with the world’s best and brightest, and to be touted as among the ‘Most Influential,’ is something that makes us proud of our President. It’s an affirmation that the 31 million Filipinos who voted for him simply made the right choice,” sabi ni Bongalon.
“This is a very good start for the administration. This also bodes well not just for our improving and stellar economy, but for the things to come in the next four years. The best is yet to come as they say,” pahayag naman ni Nograles.
Para kay Zamora, sinabi niyang hindi madali makuha ang pagkilala ng Times Magazine – “Times is a very prestigious magazine that is known globally for its integrity and credibility.”
“I can imagine how the President feels that after all his hard work, it has now come to this – a credit from no less than one of the most respected news magazines in the world for several decades. What he started to plant is now bearing fruit, so to speak,” ang reaksyon naman ni Khonghun.
“We’re glad that Time magazine acknowledged that despite being a silent and low-key head of state, they gave credit to President Marcos for standing up against China’s continued advances over our very own maritime territory,” sambit ni Adiong.
Sa panig ni Ortega, sinabi niyang ikinalulugod niya ang pagbabalik eksena sa world map ng Pilipinas sa positibong kadahilanan – “It makes us very proud of our President. From Congress’ perspective, all our efforts in passing priority bills of the administration have paid off.”
“TIME magazine gave credit where it is highly due. For one, people from inside and outside of the government have observed how discerning our President is in choosing members of his team, who are technocrats to begin with,” sabi pa ng Davao Oriental lawmaker.
