NASA 40 mambabatas mula sa tinaguriang Northern Luzon Alliance ng House of Representatives ang muling nagpahayag ng nagkakaisang suporta sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
“Guided by our sworn duty to advance the national interest and to uphold the integrity of our democratic institutions, we stand united behind the President’s governance agenda for a stable, progressive and future-ready Philippines,” saad ng alyansa sa dalawang pahinang manifesto.
“We affirm our unwavering commitment to work in harmony with the Executive in order to strengthen national stability through sound, evidence-based policymaking; advance the President’s socio-economic transformation agenda anchored on food security, digital modernization, economic expansion, and strengthened human capital; support the full implementation of infrastructure development programs that enhance connectivity, competitiveness and inclusive regional growth; and champion legislation that tangibly improves the lives of ordinary Filipinos particularly farmers, fisherfolk, workers, educators and micro-entrepreneurs,” dagdag nito.
Kabilang sa mga nagbibigay suporta kay Marcos mga kongresista mula sa Regions I, II at the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
Anila, ang deklarasyon ay batay sa tungkulin at prinsipyong sinusunod at pangangailangang tiyakin ang national stability.
Ayon sa Northern Luzon Alliance, kaisa rin sila sa long-term vision ng Marcos administrasyon sa aspeto ng resilience, food security, education, peace and order, at climate adaptation.
“We champion the Administration’s initiatives that advance structural reforms and long-term national resilience, particularly in strengthening agriculture and irrigation systems to ensure food security and higher rural production; investing in climate adaptation, disaster preparedness and environmental protection; enhancing education, skills development and youth empowerment programs that build a globally competitive workforce; and advancing peace, order and regional development initiatives that guarantee safety, stability, and equitable growth across all provinces, especially in Northern Luzon.”
“In view of the foregoing, we hereby formally declare: Our unwavering support to President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. and his Administration; Our full commitment to pass legislation aligned with the President’s national agenda; Our firm determination to uphold transparency, accountability and the rule of law; and Our unyielding resolve to protect the integrity of our institutions and preserve national stability. With one voice, We stand prepared to work collaboratively and constructively with the Executive Branch in pursuit of a more prosperous, orderly and united Philippines,” pangwakas na pahayag ng alyansa.
