52-milyong litro ng diesel, dumating na sa Pilipinas

BAHAGYANG nabawasan ang pangamba sa umano’y napipintong tigil operasyon ng mga industriyang umaasa sa krudo matapos ihayag ng  Department of Energy (DOE) ang pagdating ng diesel shipment mula sa bansang Malaysia.

Ayon kay Energy Secretary Sharon Garin, binili ng Pilipinas ang naturang kargamento sa pamamagitan ng Philippine National Oil Company – Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC).

Sa datos ng Kalihim, aabot sa 329,000 bariles — katumbas ng 52,311,000 litro ng diesel ang dumating na kargamento.

“Shipment of PNOC EC from Malaysia. That’s 329,000 barrels or 52,311,000 liters of diesel purchased by the government to stock up on supply while the Middle East war is not over,” wika ni Garin.

Samantala, nagpasaring naman si Garin kay US President Donald Trump.

“Such a complex world isn’t it? Someone from the Americas starts a war in the Middle East and causes suffering in Asia.”
