Ni Ernie Reyes Pinapurihan ni Senate President Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri ang 44 legislative districts na hindi lumahok sa signature campaign para sa People’s Initiative (PI) upang amendahan ang 1987 Constitution kapalit ng P100 ayuda. Sa kanyang privilege speech, sinabi ni Zubiri na mula sa 254 legislative districts, tanging 44 lamang ang bumigay sa kinang ng pondong ibinabandila ng promotor ng peoples’ initiative. “I would just like to present for the record the 44 legislative districts that stood firm and remained strong—I call them 44-Strong—that held off, out of the 254 districts,” Zubiri said.
