SA gitna ng kabi-kabilang patutsada sa gobyerno, hinikayat ng isang kongresista si Vice President Sara Duterte na tigilan ang puna at paninisi kasabay ng hamon tumulong na lang para sa ikabubuti ng buhay ng mga mamamayang Pilipino.
Para kay House Assistant Majority Leader at Taguig 2nd Dist. Rep. Pammy Zamora, hindi angkop sa isang mataas na opisyal ng gobyerno ang magbitiw ng mga salitang tila nagtutulak sa pagkakahati-hati ng sambayanan.
Partikular na pinuna ni Zamora ang mga patutsada ni VP Sara sa kawalan ng aksyon ng pamahalaan sa usapin ng pagbaha at ang di umano’y panggigipit ng administrasyon matapos bawian ng 75 police security escorts.
“Vice President’s criticism on issues that range from flood control projects to her reduced security is more polarizing than productive,” ani Zamora.
Paalala ng Taguig City lady lawmaker, anim na taong pinamunuan ng ama ni VP Sara ang bansa at sa mga kritisismong pinupukol sa administrasyon, damay din si former President Rodrigo Duterte.
“On flood control, let’s not forget that the Dutertes were in full control for six years. How can they be sidelined for crucial infra projects? On the matter of her security entourage, the PNP Chief has said she still retains almost 390 security personnel. I doubt anyone would still find that inadequate,” sabi pa ni Zamora
Ayon kay Zamora, ang pagbabawas ng security escorts ni VP Sara ay hindi dapat maging malaking isyu dahil nilinaw ng pamunuan ng Philippine National Police (PNP) mayroon pa rin naman siyang 30 security personnel, para sa kanyang kaligtasan.
Tiniyak naman ng ranking lady House official na makikipagtulungan ang Kamara sa lahat ng opisyal ng pamahalaan na may makabuluhang kontribusyon sa ikabubuti ng bansa.
“All of us in the House are ready to work hand in hand with all officials whose input is productive to the national agenda. Just like what Senate President Escudero said, I also encourage the Vice President to constructively use her position, resources and resources.”
