Batay sa pagsusuri ng IT experts ng Kamara, pumalo sa 541.6 milyong distributed denial of service (DDOS) attacks ang nairekord sa official website ng Mababang Kapulungan – mula sa 53.7 milyong DDOS na naitala noong nakalipas na Miyerkules.
Sa pagsisiyasat ng mga eksperto sa IP address kung saan nagmula ang mga pag-atake – Indonesia, Estados Unidos, Columbia, India at Russian Federation.
Gayunpaman, nilinaw ni Velasco na patuloy ang isinasagawang imbestigasyon lalo pa aniya’t posibleng gumamit lang ng virtual private network (VPN) ang mga hacker para itago ang tunay na kinaroroonan.
“And at 2:52 pm yesterday, a whopping 487.93 million attacks were also recorded, from sources in Tunisia, Thailand and Greece, which again may not be accurate, which brings the total amount of attacks to 541.66 million,” dagdag pa ni Velasco.
