SA pagpapalit ng liderato ng Senado, lubos na umaasa ang pamunuan ng Kamara na mas mapabilis ang pagpapatibay ng mga panukalang batas na nagsusulong ng magandang kinabukasan para sa mga mamamayan.
Kasabay ng pagbati kay bagong Senate President Francis Escudero, kumbinsido si House Speaker Martin Romualdez na nasa mabuting kamay ang senado.
“In light of recent developments in the Senate, I would like to extend my congratulations to Senator Chiz Escudero on his ascension to the position of Senate President. Senator Escudero has long been a respected figure in our political landscape, known for his dedication, integrity, and commitment to the Filipino people,” pahayag ni Romualdez.
Hindi rin pinalampas ng lider ng Kamara ang pagkakataon pasalamatan si dating Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri.
“I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Senator Juan Miguel ‘Migz’ Zubiri for his outstanding service and leadership as Senate President. Senator Zubiri’s dedication and hard work have significantly contributed to our legislative achievements and the advancement of our nation. His efforts in fostering a spirit of cooperation within the Senate have been invaluable,” aniya.
“As we move forward, I am optimistic about the new partnership between the Senate and the House of Representatives. Our nation faces numerous challenges and opportunities, and it is through unity and collaboration that we can effectively address these and work towards a brighter future for all Filipinos,” dugtong ng House Speaker.
Ayon sa Leyte lawmaker, ang Kamara ay nananatiling matatag at naglalayong tuparin ang pangakong pagtibayin ang mga panukalang batas na nagsusulong ng kapakanan at pag-unlad ng bansa.
“Under President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr.’s administration, we have laid out comprehensive programs and initiatives aimed at uplifting the lives of millions of Filipinos. With Senator Escudero’s leadership in the Senate, I am confident that we can further strengthen our legislative agenda and ensure the successful implementation of these programs,” sabi pa ni Romualdez
