Mans Carpio.

“May narinig na tayo doon pertaining to funds from foreign sources coming into the bank accounts of the Vice President or her husband or companies where they have interest in. So, ’yan ho I’m sure, ’yung aabangan natin, since Senator [Antonio] Trillanes [IV] spoke about this matter during his press conference,” saad pa ni Tolosa.

“Ang reason nga doon, with respect to AMLC records, wala naman absolute prohibition under the applicable laws that could prevent the impeachment court from issuing subpoena to compel the presentation of these documents,” dagdag niya.
