Nathaniel Cabrera.
Pirmado ni Committee Chairperson at Batangas 2nd Dist. Rep. Gerville “Jinky Bitrics” R. Luistro ang abusong opisyal na tinanggap ng Office of the Vice President sa Cybergate Plaza, Mandaluyong City.
“Accordingly, you are hereby directed to file your Verified Answer to the abovementioned complaints within a NON-EXTENDIBLE period of ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this Notice, and to serve a copy of your Verified Answer upon the complainants within the same period as required under Sec. 6 of the Rules,” saad sa abiso.
“Failure on your part to file the Verified Answer within the period herein provided shall be deemed a waiver of your right to file the same, and you shall be considered to have interposed a general denial to the allegations contained in the Impeachment Complaints.”
Leila de Lim at Cabrera complaint na inindorso naman nina Deputy Speaker Paolo Ortega V (La Union 1st District) at Manila 6th Dist. Rep. Bienvenido Abante.
“Ang tawag natin dito ay responsive pleadings, the reason is nagsasagutan sila. From the complaints may answer si VP (Duterte), from answer mayroong reply si complainants and from reply may rejoinder si VP, anang lady House panel head. (ROMER R. BUTUYAN)
