KAPWA lusot sa House Committee on Justice ang dalawang impeachment complaint na inihain sa Kamara laban kay Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Sa botong 46 pabot, isang kontra at isang wapakels, idineklara ni Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro na “sufficient in form” ang reklamong inihain ni Atty. Andre de Jesus at inendorso ni Pusong Pinoy partylist Rep. Jernie Jett Nisay sa botong 46-1 at isang abstention.
Lusot din sa komite ang impeachment complaint na inihain at inindorso ng Makabayan bloc sa botong 45 pabor, siyam na tutol at isang abstention.
Ang sufficiency in form ani Luistro ay tumutukoy sa formal requirements ng isang reklamo gaya ng pirma ng mga complainant, endorsement at panunumpa rito ng mga naghain.
Nakatakda naman talakayin ng komite ni Luistro sustansya ng reklamo ngayong araw.
“Sunod natin tatalakayin ang sufficiency in substance. ‘Pag sinabi po nating substance dapat ‘yun pong mga isinulat nila doon na pagkakamali ng impeachable official they must constitute the offense which is the ground for impeachment,” wika ng lady solon.
“The recital of facts must constitute the offense determinative of the jurisdiction of then Justice committee. Hindi po sapat na nakasaad dun yung mga pagkakamali. Ang tanong ito bang pagkakamaling ito, ito ho ba ay impeachable offense,” paliwanag pa ng kongresista. (ROMER BUTUYAN)
