SA pangunguna ng Civil Service Commission (CSC), nakatakdang idaos sa Pilipinas ang taunang Leaders & Human Resource Symposium (LHRS) sa lungsod ng Pasay pagsapit ika-24 hanggang ika-25 ng Setyembre ngayong taon.
Paanyaya ng CSC sa mga human resource practitioners, makibahagi sa HR convention na isasagawa sa pamamagitan ng virtual at onsite participation kasama ang mga delegado mula sa iba’t ibang panig ng daigdig.
“We invite everyone to be part of this year’s hybrid HR convention. This is a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders, share insights, and gain valuable knowledge,” pahayag ni CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles.
Ang LHRS ay inorganisa ng Civil Service Institute, na siyang training arm ng CSC, para sa palitan ng kaalaman hinggil sa latest trends at best practices sa leadership, human resource management, at organizational development (OD).
“Last year, the HR Symposium attracted 4,500 government leaders, supervisors, and HR practitioners, establishing itself as the premier gathering of professionals in the field. This year, we changed the name to Leaders and HR Symposium to highlight the crucial role of leaders in igniting new ideas and adapting to change toward public service improvement,” wika ni Nograles.
Sa may temang “Adapt Beyond Limits,” target ng mga resource speakers talakayin ang patuloy na pag-inog sa sektor ng HR at ipaunawa ang kahalagahan ng pagyakap sa mga pagbabagong dala ng makabagong panahon at pag-angat mula sa limitasyon ng nakasanayan.
Ayon kay Nograles, ang mga delegado ay sasalang sa limang hybrid plenary sessions para sa a two-day convention – kabilang ang Adaptability in the Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear, and Incomprehensible World; Thriving Amidst Change in Public Service: The Philippines Adaptive Capacity; Adaptability in the Philippine Civil Service; Customer and Stakeholder Experience Obsession; at ang Managing Societal Adaptability in the Context of Disaster Risk Reduction.
Meron din aniyang anim na hybrid concurrent sessions para sa personal, organizational, at societal adaptability, na nakatuon at interactive platform para sa mas malalim na diskusyon sa partikular na paksang may kaugnayan sa leadership, HR management, and OD.
