“I have, as a rule, chosen not to engage in personal attacks or respond to every reckless statement made in the course of public debate.” bungad ni Acidre, na tumatayong chairman ng House Committee on Higher and Technical Education.
“But there comes a point when silence can be mistaken for concession, and this is not one of those moments. Let me be direct…” dugtong ng partylist solon.
“The claim of Rep. Toby Tiangco that Members of the House were bribed with funding allocations to support the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte is categorically false. There was no bribe! There was no deal! There was no exchange!” ani Acidre.
“Let us not be distracted. This is not about personalities. This is not about alliances. This is about accountability,” bulalas pa ni Acidre.
“If there is evidence, present it. If there is none, stop misleading the public. Because the Filipino people deserve the truth. And the truth demands more than accusations. It demands proof.”
