SA hangaring tiyakin mananagot sa batas ang mga personalidad sa likod ng malawakang human trafficking sa mga dayung POGO workers, ginagapang ng Department of Justice ang paglabas ng isang hold departure order laban kay Cassandra Ong na sangkot sa sinalakay na scam hub sa Porac, Pampanga.
“Yes, the prosecution may apply for a hold departure order given that a warrant is already issued for their arrest. This is to ensure that the accused do not leave the country and face the charges of Qualified Human Trafficking,” wika ni DOJ Undersecretary at Spokesperson Mico Clavano.
Bukod kay Ong, kabilang rin sa mga personalidad na pinadampot ng Angeles City regional trial court sa bisa ng warrant of arrest sina former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque at 49 iba pa.
