ALINSUNOD sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na nagwakas sa state of public emergency bunsod ng pandemya, ibinalik na rin sa full face-to-face ang sesyon sa plenaryo ng Kamara.
Batay sa Memorandum Order ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez, hindi na rin pahihintulutan ang pagdalo ng mga kongresista via Zoom (virtual attendance) na kinagawian ng mga mambabatas bilang pagtalima sa health protocol.
“In line with this, every Member shall be present in all sessions of the House as provided under Section 71 of the House Rules Registration of attendance in plenary sessions and nominal voting through mobile phones or other accounts previously registered with and verified by the Secretary General may be allowed,” ayon kay Romualdez.
Saklaw rin ng direktiba ng lider ng Kamara ang mga committee meetings, conference at pagdinig.
Gayunpaman, nilinaw ni Romualdez na pinahihintulutan ang livestreaming sa mga pagkakataong imposible magkaroon ng quorum sa plenaryo.
Ciento por ciento na rin ang on-site working arrangement sa lahat ng kawani ng Kamara simula sa unang araw ng Agosto ngayong taon.
