DEMANDING SI QUIBOLOY: MAY KONDISYON PARA SUMUKO

SA kabila ng agresibong operasyon ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at Philippine National Police (PNP) na inatasan hanapin at dakpin si Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, nakuha pa ng Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder na maglatag ng mga kondisyon para sumuko.

Kabilang sa mga kondisyon ni Quiboloy ang “written guarantee” mula sa Estados Unidos na hindi makikialam sa mga kasong kinakaharap sa Pilipinas.

Una nang naglabas ng warrant of arrest laban sa kontrobersyal na religious leader ang Davao City Regional Trial Court kung saan inihain ang mga menor de edad na dating kaanib sa KOJC ang reklamong panghahalay di umano ni Quiboloy – bukod pa sa paglabag sa Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).

Sa mensaheng pinadaan sa pag-aaring DZAR radio station, partikular na pinangangambahan ni Quiboloy ang pagsawsaw ng Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) at maging ng US embassy.

Hirit pa ng dating presidential spiritual adviser ni former President Rodrigo Duterte, kailangan din pumirma ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, PNP chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil at NBI director Medardo de Lemos sa isang dokumento kung saan nakasaad ang pangakong hindi siya ibibigay ng gobyerno sa Estados Unidos kung saan may nakabinbin din siyang mga kaso.

“If you fail to give in written form these conditions from the Office of the President, Office of the Secretary of Justice, PNP, NBI and CIDG, you will never see my face,” panakot ng Pastor.

“If I decide to come, the end game is that they will capture me and bring me before the American authorities. It will end up on their plan of extraordinary rendition,” aniya pa.

Plano din umano siyang patayin ng Estados Unidos at palabasin na siya ay pumanaw dahil sa karamdaman.

“I am avoiding that to happen because I am preserving myself. That is the wisdom of the Lord God to preserve myself. The Father is taking care of me and preventing me from falling into the traps of people. He is preventing to fulfill their desire to take my life because I am hindering their plans,” Quiboloy said.

Ayon naman kay Col. Jean Fajardo na tumatayong tagapagsalita ng PNP,  maging ang mga kapanalig sa KOJC, may kalayaan kumbinsihin ang kanilang lider – o dakpin sa bisa ng citizen arrest lalo pa’t may mga warrant of arrest na laban kay Quiboloy.

“Even civilians can arrest him, if he is found, because the warrants of arrest are already issued by the courts.”
