“The passage of the bills signals commitment of Congress to strengthening the Marcos administration’s push to widen access to higher education and invest in the country’s future workforce,” ayon kay Speaker Dy.
“President Bongbong Marcos is clearly cementing his legacy as an education president—one who believes that the future of the nation depends on how we educate and empower our young people today,” dagdag ni Dy.
“With the record education budget and these reforms expanding scholarships and subsidies, we are reinforcing the country’s commitment to invest in the potential of every Filipino student,” dugtong ng Isabela solon.
“Behind every student who wants to go to college is a family hoping for a better future. Expanding the Tertiary Education Subsidy means we are helping thousands more Filipino families send their children to school and pursue their dreams,” sambit din niya.
“Our country has no shortage of talented young people. What we must do is ensure that excellence is supported and that these students are given the opportunity to develop their potential for the benefit of the nation,” punto pa ng House Speaker.
“The program aims to widen access to quality education of graduating senior high school students not only from poor families but from other financially-challenged and middle-class households as well,” sabi ni Romualdez.
“It will extend substantial financial assistance to the cream of the crop in senior high school. Hopefully, we can produce the best and the brightest professionals who can be our country’s future leaders among these graduating senior high school graduates,” dagdag ng former House Speaker.
“This will expedite their employment so they can be of help to their families as soon as possible,” saad pa ng Leyte lawmaker.
