Bukod sa disbarment case, nahaharap din sa mga kasong direct assault, disobedience at grave coercion si VP Sara dahil di umano sa pakikialam sa implementasyon ng transfer order ni Atty. Zuleika Lopez na ikinulong sa Kamara matapos i-cite in contempt.
Bukod sa pangalawang pangulo, pasok din sa mga sinampahan ng reklamo sa Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office si Col. Raymund Dante Lachica na tumatayong hepe ng Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group.
