“It’s time to realign the government with the people’s expectations. This is not business as usual,”pahayag ni Marcos Jr.
“The people have spoken, and they expect results—not politics, not excuses. We hear them, and we will act,” dagdag pa ng Pangulo.
Kabilang sa mga tumugon sa hiling ng Pangulo sina Sec. Anton Lagdameo na tumatayong Special Assistant to the President, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga, at Presidential Adviser for Investments and Economic Affairs Sec. Frederick Go.
Kagyat din nagsumite ng courtesy resignation si Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon, Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rex Gatchalian, Department of Budget and Management Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, at Metropolitan Manila Development Authority chairman Romando Artes.
Hindi rin nagpa-iwan sa gabinete si Department of Labor and Employment Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma, Department of Information and Communications Technology Secretary Henry Aguda, Department of Finance Secretary Ralph Recto.
