MULING bumida ang Pharmally matapos madiskubreng kasosyo ng isang kumpanya sa likod ng Philippine Offshore and Gaming Operations (POGO) ang corporate executive ng kontrobersyal na kumpanyang pinaniniwalaang tumiba sa ma-anomalyang transaksyon sa kasagsagan ng pandemya.
Sa pagpapatuloy ng pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality, isiniwalat ni Senador Risa Hontiveros na pasok din sa illegal POGO ang isang Gerald Cruz na di umano’y incorporator ng Break Hearts Technology
“That BreakHearts Technology Inc., which used to be a service provider, we dug deeper into Break Hearts, and we looked at its incorporators. Of the seven incorporators, four are from Davao. But what really interests me here is Gerald Cruz. Did Cruz appear in PAGCOR’s investigation,” patutsada ni Hontiveros sa Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
“Cruz was also connected to Pharmally Biological, we are exclaiming Oh my God. With Huang Su Yen, involved in a big money laundering case in Taiwan, and with Allan Lim. For those who may have forgotten, Allan Lim is Lyn Wei Ziong is connected or linked to the importation of shabu in the country. Has this connection been noted by the PAGCOR?”
Sagot naman Atty. Jessa Mariz Fernandez, PAGCOR Assistance Vice President and POGO Licensing Department, kamakailan lang nila nalaman na may koneksyon si Cruz sa Pharmally.
Ibinahagi rin ng senador na pasok din si Cruz sa FullWin Corporation kung saan tumatayong presidente ng kumpanya si dating Presidential Economic Adviser Michael Yang.
“In fact, ang Xionwei Technologies Inc, na sinasabing pagmamay-ari ni Yang at pangalan ng email address ng Break Hearts, sound familiar. Ang Break Hearts and Xionwei Technologies Inc., parehong email address,” ani Hontiveros.
“So malinaw pa sa sikat ng araw, through Gerald Gruz who is the link between the POGO in Bamban ni Alice Guo and Michael Yang. And through their email address, Break Hearts and Xionwei, Michael Yang may be involved in these criminal operations na iniimbestiga natin sa Pogo,” aniya pa.
