WALANG puwang sa Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) ang fake news. Ito ang buod ng mensahe ni ICI executive director Brian Hosaka kaugnay ng patutsada ni dating Senador Antonio Trillanes laban kay Senador Bong Go.
Partikular na tinukoy ni Hosaka ang Facebook post ni Trillanes na nagsabing inimbitahan na umano ng ICI si Go ngunit tumangging pumunta kung hindi kasama sina Senadora Imee Marcos at Senador Bato Dela Rosa.
“No invitation has been sent by the commission to Senator Bong Go to appear as resource person,” paglilinaw ni Hosaka.
Pag-amin ni Hosaka, walang plano ang ICI patulan ang hirit ni Trillanes — “We don’t want to be redundant in the sense that medyo hindi pa nga kumpleto ‘yung aming staffing pattern, so we would rather concentrate our efforts to new case build ups, meaning referrals to the Ombudsman of a different project involving the 421,” pahayag ni Hosaka.
“Right now, it’s not the priority because of our limited staffing pattern so uunahin muna namin yung mga wala pang referrals but have been identified to have been alleged ghost projects,” dugtong ng abogadong tumatayong tagapagsalita ng ICI.
Oktubre 24 nang lumiham si Trillanes sa ICI para isalang sa imbestigasyon si Go at dalawang iba pang kaanak na sina Deciderio Lim Go (ama ng senador) at kapatid na si Alfredo Go.
Sa social media post ng dating senador — “I have information that Bong Go was already invited to appear before the ICI pero ayaw niyang pumunta, unless kasama nya sina Imee at Bato para may tiga-abogado sa kanya,” ani Trillanes.
“Let’s keep the pressure on – dapat imbitahan si Bong Go kasama ang tatay at kapatid nya,” dagdag pa niya.
