Chief security ni Duterte ‘tiba-tiba’ sa CIF ng OVP?

HINIMOK ng House prosecution panel si Vice President Sara Duterte na siputin ang impeachment trial para ipaliwanag sa korte ang pagbibigay ng confidential funds sa isang military official.

Partikular na tinukoy ni private prosecutor Atty. Jay Tolosa ang testimonya ni COA-Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) supervising auditor Xylene Mae del Campo hinggil sa Notice of Disallowance (ND) na inilabas ng state auditor sa Office of the Vice President (OVP) noong buwan ng Marso kaugnay ng tatlong P125-million cash advances ng OVP.

Ani Del Campo, mismong si former OVP special disbursing officer (SDO) Gina Acosta ang nagsabing utos ni Duterte ibigay ang confidential funds kay Col. Raymond Dante Lachica, na dating nagsilbing hepe ng Vice-Presidential Security and Protection Group.

Giit ni Tolosa, ang malaking tanong hinggil sa paano ginasta ng OVP ang nasa P500 million confidential funds ay bumabalik kay Duterte.

“Dito maliwanag, narinig natin, siya mismo nag-utos ng ganitong bagay, which constitutes a direct violation of the Joint Circular,” ani Tolosa.

“Walang iba makaka paliwanag dyan kung hindi ang vice-president.”
