Romualdez: Pinas tutulong para resolbahin ang hidwaang Israel-Palestine 

KASABAY ng panawagan isaalang-alang ang kaligtasan ng mga inosenteng naiipit sa sagupaan ng mga bansang Israel at Palestine, nagpahayag ng kahandaan ang pamunuan ng Kamara de Representantes na makipagtulungan para isulong ang isang mapayapang solusyon sa hidwaan ng magkabilang panig.

“We earnestly appeal to all combatants to exercise utmost restraint and ensure the safety of civilians, including our fellow Filipinos. Upholding the tenets of international law and the relevant UN Security Council Resolutions is essential, and the Philippines stands ready to cooperate with the international community towards a peaceful and lasting resolution,” saad sa pahayag ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

“Above all, the well-being of our kababayans in both Israel and Palestine remains our top priority, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to their safety and in providing all necessary assistance,” diin pa ng lider ng Kamara.

Para kay Romualdez, ang pagkasawi ng dalawang Pinoy sa pag-atake ng Hamas men sa Israel ay patunay at paalala sa mabigat na epekto ng karahasan sa mga inosenteng sibilyan.

“I join the nation in our unequivocal condemnation of all acts of terrorism and violence, especially as a result of the actions of Hamas against Israel.”
