HINDI na bago para sa JTI Philippines ang mapabilang sa talaan ng mga top employers sa Pilipinas — pero sa 2026 ranking ng Top Employers Institute (TEI), hindi lang basta kasama sa prestihiyosong talaan ang JTI Philippines matapos masungkit ang unang pwesto.
Sa datos ng TEI, nakakuha ng 100% ratings ang JTI Philippines sa halos lahat ng kategorya kabilang ang Business Strategy, People Strategy, Work Environment, at Onboarding, Learning, Purpose and Values, Ethics and Integrity.

Kabilang sa mga katangi-tanging polisiyang naghatid ng parangal sa JTI Philippines ang pagpapatupad ng family leave para sa mga kawani ng kumpanya.
Tampok sa ilalim ng naturang polisiya ang pagbibigay ng 20 weeks fully-paid leave para sa mga new parent para magkaroon ng sapat na panahon na maaruga ang bagong silang na sanggol, anuman ang kanilang kasarian o kung sa anumang paraan naging mga magulang.
