“In view of the foregoing, Mr. De Lemos, who holds a coterminous appointment as Director (Director VI) of the NBI, is considered automatically extended in service upon reaching the compulsory retirement age of sixty-five years (65) on June 8, 2023, until the expiry date of his appointment, which is until the end of the President’s term, unless his service is terminated earlier,” saad sa memorandum na nagmula sa Executive Secretary.
