“Cases have been filed for illegal possession of firearms before the DOJ today so we will look at these cases filed against Congressman Teves and his two sons in the service of the warrants… I presume that those warrants were returned to court already but because of due process we have to let it undergo preliminary investigation. We will ask them to answer these charges already filed before the DOJ,” pahayag ni Remulla.
“The search warrants were issued based on the 2019 killings,” paliwanag ni Remulla.
Roel Degamo.
“Wala pa rin specific, there are good ideas on where but there are people whose job is to monitor that – maraming nagmo-monitor dyan I can assure you. I spoke to House Speaker Martin Romualdez yesterday but it is more of a general overview of the whole problem with regards with this case – some of them were of course are personal in nature…it’s between two person that are speculating also…that’s why I cannot divulge,” aniya pa.
We’re waiting for a few things to happen but I think we will have a more complete picture by the end of this week.”
